Janna Polk, Owner & Founder
Janna is a master stylist and trainer, always striving for perfection. She founded Flaunt Salon in 2017 with the goal of creating a welcoming environment where women can feel and look their best.

Joyce Vanegas
Born and raised in Austin, Joyce is passionate about BBQ and southern hospitality. As a skilled stylist, she specializes in balayage, highlights, perms, men's fades, and textured hair.
Additionally, she is a certified technician, allowing her to enhance her client's natural beauty. Joyce brings personality, positive energy, and passion to her work, creating a memorable experience in her chair that keeps clients coming back for more.
Sarie Padilla
Sarie has been a stylist for over a decade and rediscovered her calling at the age of 14 when she was capable of making a friend happy by styling their hair. She specializes in updos, cutting and styling textured hair, creative haircuts, fades, highlights, and brilliant colors, among other things. Sarie can also style hair for special occasions such as weddings. She genuinely enjoys making people happy with her style abilities and aims to provide her clients with the greatest possible experience.
Bella Polk, Co-Founder
A second-generation hairstylist, Bella grew up watching her mom create inspiring hair designs and opening and growing Flaunt Salon.
She is following her mother's footsteps and more. Bella has worked with Sam Villa. She has showcased Austin Fashion Week in 2022 and 2023.
She has been proudly invited to Dallas Fashion Week Fall of 2023.
Yaci Castro
Drawing from her small-town roots, Yaci brings an authentic approach and strong work ethic to Flaunt Salon.
She specializes in creating styles that enhance her clients' natural beauty and personality. With a passion for pushing creative boundaries while maintaining elegant simplicity, Yaci helps each client discover their most confident self. Her dedication to continuous growth and innovative styling techniques makes her a valuable addition to the Flaunt family.
